The Buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returned item must be unused, in original and undamaged packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the condition of the goods. In the event of a deterioration in the quality of the goods or the appearance of traces of use (scratches, removal of protective films, the appearance of dust or moisture, etc.), the price is recalculated, or the right to a 14-day return is denied.

The buyer undertakes to reimburse the shipping costs for the delivery and return of the goods, unless the goods to be returned do not correspond to the ordered or have manufacturing defects.

The 14-day right of return does not apply to medical and hygiene products, as well as products that were made to order.

Audio and video media (music, films, games and software) are not accepted back.

The right of return of 14 days does not apply to goods purchased on credit.

To return a purchase, fill out the form. or bring the application on paper to the nearest point of issue of goods. Within the same period, the goods must be returned to the Seller.
